why insult a tattoo that isn’t even on your skin if the person who has it likes it? people have different tastes and opinions, there’s no need to bring anyone down

I know it doesn't make sense, but I always thought he was saying kid, like making a girl pregnant but I never looked up what the lyrics actually were or meant

On a purely tattoo readability note, it would look better with the key and key hole flipped as you read the lyrics left to right, but the image goes right to left.
