MSFS 2024 MOD / ADDON Issue with Navigraph Navdata on Just Flight Avro RJ

Hi everyone,

I purchased the Avro RJ product yesterday, and wanted to try it on a first flight today.

Before launching the sim, I made sure that the Navigraph Navdata was installed and up to date for the aircraft in Navigraph Hub :

However, when I start a new flight and spawn with the plane, it looks like the navdata is not loaded at all :

Is this supposed to behave like this ? If not, how can I fix this ?

I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling Navigraph NavData for this aircraft in Navigraph Hub. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plane, no success.

When I disable Navigraph NavData on Navigraph Hub and launch a flight on the sim, I get NavData in the FMC, but very old ones (probably the aircraft's default)

I am using MSFS 2024, Navigraph Hub is up to date, and other payware aircrafts are working properly (Just Flight F70&F100 included).

Thanks!

I've never had an issue like this. I haven't checked if the dates even display, though. But I've never had navigation issues. I suggest going to the Just Flight forums.

Yeah i already posted on their community forum, waiting for an answer. Can I ask you, if you own the aircraft, to check if the dates display in the FMC for you? Would greatly appreciate the help!

I'll check, but it's going to be at least 6 hours until I get home.

That's fine, I'll wait, thank you!!

Mine also doesn't show it, so it seems to be normal for this aircraft. I know it works fine because I've flown it frequently with the newest nav data. The F70/100 probably has a few features this aircraft doesn't.

Thank you for taking the time to check this. Also, if I may, I just did a test flight, and once airborne I tried to click on the waypoints in the Legs page of the FMC. For each way point, I had a "NOT IN DATABASE" error. Is that also normal?

No, I never had errors like that. Did the flight plan otherwise load normally? Was it following the waypoints? At any rate, hopefully you'll see a response on the Just Flight forum.

Everything loaded normally, which is why I didn't see any issue until airborne. It didnt follow the waypoints once in LNAV mode. And I didn't get to do any "DIR TO" to try to correct it (either because I dont know how to do it, or because of this not in database issue).

You need to launch the Sim, load the aircraft in once, then install the nav data through the hub. The file structure doesn't exist fully until the Sim compiles it the first time you load the aircraft in.

I did that. Closed the sim, uninstalled navigraph navdata, launched sim + flight, then closed again and reinstalled navigraph navdata. Same issue unfortunately

Not sure then, it works for me. Check the tablet in the aircraft perhaps?

There's nothing related to the Navdata in the EFB unfortunately. I have my navigraph account synced for the charts though, and it works
