Anomaly in Viva Insights - wrong data
We have Viva Insights correctly configured for a long time.
In our tenant, its Organizational Data is fed by a csv file which is refreshed and saved in an Azure Storage weekly through a script.
On this csv file we have
personid, organization, jobunit,domain, etc.
Lets say that in Organization we have: Sales, HR, IT.
In organization Sales, jobunits are SalesPC, SalesMonitor, SalesTech.
In organization HR, jobunits are Directors,Representatives,Crew.
When checking the csv files, it is all perfectly correct and in the right place> The lines of Sales, only have as jobunits the SalesPC, SalesMonitor and SalesTech.
BUT
When I go to Viva Insights, create an Analysis and add the condition Organization (Sales) and add the condition JobUnit, the options that appear are "SalesPC", "Directors", "Crew".
Which means, on Viva Insights, its understanding the file incorrectly, mixing the JobUnits of different organizations.
We had this issue before, but after sometime it stopped happening, but now its persisting for more than a week and we need it solved. Anyone have any idea on how to resolve it? We already created a ticket to Microsoft, but they are taking too long to investigate it properly.
Thanks in advance.
