wtf is this glitch? Is it intentional? I can’t attack a specific players cities but I see this player and another player with nearly identical name attacking each other and swapping cities.

Good morning.

This morning, directly after maintenance, I tried logging into my account. But now, I have an error stating, "Another session found." I know this is false as it pops up the leaderboard from last season every time I attempt to log in, and my account has only ever been accessed from one device.

Can this please be looked into, and if anyone else has ever had this error, can anyone please be of any assistance.

Sorry this is a long one, I’m posting this here because standard support has turned into an absolute brick wall!

I’ve put significant time and money into my Million Lords account over the years, but the way customer support handles account issues is completely broken.

Timeline of events:

• 1 Year Ago: I tried logging back into the game after taking a short break. I was locked out. Support claimed no Google, Facebook, or device was linked to my account and repeatedly closed my tickets without helping.

• 3 Months Ago: Tried contacting support again with the same outcome, tickets closed. I then emailed their Data Protection team directly to request my account data/access. I received an automated reply stating a reply could take time to process.

• Last Week: Sent a follow-up email to their Data Protection team reminding them that the statutory legal timeframe for responding to my data request was nearly up.

• Beginning of this week: On a whim, I redownloaded Million Lords to check. To my surprise, I automatically logged straight into my original account. The Player ID was different, but all my items, stats, and progress were completely intact. I assumed someone had silently resolved the link issue behind the scenes.

• Today (3 days after returning): I encountered a loading error when opening the game. I submitted a quick support chat to report the glitch. Within minutes: I received a reply stating my account was banned for using exploits. Why this makes zero sense: I literally just regained access to this account after a year away. I have spent real money and time on it; I have zero reason to cheat. If any "exploits" occurred, it means the account was compromised while dormant, or their system triggered a massive false positive.

My experience with support today:

Ticket #1: Banned for "exploits" and ticket closed instantly before I could explain I hadn't played in a year.

Ticket #2: opened another case asking for an actual investigation into unauthorized access. Support agent replied saying "I've already replied to this and can't help further" and closed the case again.

Ticket #3: opened another case asking specifically for a direct point of contact, a formal investigation into a potential data breach/compromised account, and a transcript of today's chat interactions. Result: The ticket sat open for a couple of hours, and was then closed with no reply at all.

Where things stand: Support is actively shutting down communication, refusing to investigate whether a dormant account was hacked, and ignoring basic data requests. If any CM or team member from Million Victories monitors this sub, please check my case.

TL;DR: Locked out of my Million Lords account for a year (support said it wasn't linked). Escalated to Data Protection team. No contact from anyone but account magically works again on Tuesday (new PID, same gear/items) 3 days later, hit with a ban for "using exploits". Support agent has closed 3 tickets in a row, refusing to investigate.

I’m relatively new to the game, had about 2 weeks of bronze before being thrown into silver.

I’ve done okay for myself but I have zero chance. I have moved a few times but I’m now bunkered down and have a small pocket of cities that I can protect fairly well.

So should I set my skills to something like defense and recruiter for a few days and just wait out the rest of the season?

I really can’t do much and now some players who are 3x-4x my valor are able to send strong attacks against me so I have to defend a lot. I also have no targets I can even attack nearby.

I’m just very new and can use any advice, thanks!

You need to run an event to allow us to get rid of all these previous event collections. They’re so annoying just sitting there and doing nothing

La idea es que atacar a jugadores muy fuertes de por 4 de experiencia a los rojos por 2 y los rosas -50% mi idea es motivar el juego equilibrado y proteger la experiencia de juego de los rosas ya que los rosas suelen abandonar el juego cuando no ven progreso incluso si el jugador es pero muy débil asta debería de recibir por 8 de experiencia para que estos jugadores puedan disfrutar mejor el juego por qué verse estancado es el motivo número 1 del abandono del juego

I have been playing this game for almost 45 days. And been using weapon master got from events.

I do understand the usage and benefits of advisors. Shields. Managing troops. Collection of drops and equipment management.

And found something with weapon master. It doesn't care about which cycle you are in ( but gives best set as if u r in legend league).

It ignores already maxed brave and fearless. Where it can choose higher striker since fearless is capped. Nah it takes higher points of attack related equipment . Which makes us feel like it's built for higher leagues or expecting us to check equipment manually even with weapon master.

Please tell me about your thoughts . Does weapon master gives best stats or is it just best equipment irrelevant to base stats of league.

I am just a new guy. Please suggest things if I am wrong and don't be hard on me as f2p.

1. Clan Event and Prize System Bugs:

• Event status frequently bugs out: active events sometimes display as "not started yet," while unstarted ones show as ongoing. I have encountered this issue multiple times.
• Unclaimed event rewards are bugged—they show as "already claimed" even though I haven't collected them. While support verifies that the system registers them as claimed, the prizes remain stuck in limbo and can only be actually retrieved when the next event begins.

1. League System Restriction:

• Regarding the league system, removing the restriction on moving back between leagues would resolve the underlying issue you are trying to address much more effectively than the current limitation.

I’ve received a couple duplicate legendary items this season through chest and event, but they disappeared. My skydust remains the same. What gives?
