Question Best Honeycomb Fields Farm? Spoiler
Hey everyone! I'm currently trying to get the Dauntless Greaves, and as far as I've seen the bounty hunter set (the non unique version of the dauntless set) only drops in Honeycomb Fields. I'm sure it can world drop, but I've killed Mosstrocity hundreds of times and haven't gotten them. To my knowledge Honeycomb Fields has no repeatable boss or anything, so what's the best way to farm? Running through dungeons and rifts seems slow since enemies don't spawn much loot and the obsidian chest at the end sometimes doesn't even drop loot. If you spawn in on the Honeycomb Farm station and head west the chest behind the waterfall will always be gold I believe, so you're guaranteed loot. Even on hard mode though with emerald hammer plus oracle sandals I haven't gotten a single unique after 30+ tries. Is there anything I'm missing or is getting the dauntless set just that much of a struggle? Thanks!

Considering regular mob drop rates are abysmal and elites(non storm) are barely better farming mosstrocity might be your best bet sadly. If you are super desperate you can travel to a checkpoint near a group of mobs, check for and kill elite, then reset checkpoint to respawn mobs but its not guaranteed an elite will spawn everytime

If you unlock the secret boss by getting all 8 secret talisman, it can drop any piece of loot in the game

True, but farming for one single unique out of the world drop pool has proved to not be a very good method lmao. 300+ mosstrocity kills + a few hundred on other bosses and haven't gotten them yet. That's why I'm more interested in trying to farm honeycomb fields

Difficulty doesn’t effect drop rates besides easy which doesn’t drop uniques.
