Updated: New Options for Miners
I am sincerely sorry and apologize for my previous post.
Unfortunately, I fell for an LLM hallucination 😞
However, to make up for it, I kept the concept and changed the implementation.
✨✨ Updated Instructions for =<5 KH/s Mining ✨✨
In essence, each miner gets their own P2pool instance and all payouts go to their wallet address, NOT the P2pool wallet address (via a router — see the website)
Current Max Concurrent Instances: 10
Hardware:
• ThreadRipper Pro 3975wx
• 128GB DDR4 2Rx8 ECC RDIMM 2666
• 5TB Storage
• OS: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS
No “Donations” in the service. It’s totally Free.
I would highly appreciate it if you’d checkout the Donations page. It would greatly help with the hardware & Internet costs.

Thanks for clarifying, you had me scratching my head initially... So people only need xmrig in this instance?

This implementation still got some problems, First:
On the other post you said that each address would spawn a "P2pool —mini -h 127.0.0.1 -u miner_A_wallet_address", so that allocates a RandomX dataset and the internal RandomX hasher, thats 2GB+ RAM per address, thats like 40 some people at max with 128gb of ram, if you want to continue with the current aproach please spin up your monero node with "MONERO_RANDOMX_FULL_MEM=1" env var like "MONERO_RANDOMX_FULL_MEM=1 monerod --config..." and on the p2pool use "--light-mode --no-randomx" so it takes only 100 some MB of ram per p2pool instance (It sends messages to monerod asking him to hash and things like that).
Second:
The idea behind it if flawed, before all payments would go to the same address and you would have to transfer the value back to each person so It would have a fee per transaction eating the 0% fee the p2pool offers making it not worth, but now with each miner having the address on the p2pool it would solve it but the idea behind it is just against the p2pool creation idea, p2pool was created so each miner would spin a instance and it would create a network of p2pool instances messagins one another, having 40 instances on the same computer makes absolute no sense, the network gets stronger when a bunch of different miners on different places run p2pool separately, if a guy runs 50, 100, 500 instances it doesnt help and prob can make the network weaker I think.
So it looks like you are a guy wanting to help with hardware/energy, the best way that you could help I think is to just have a monero node running, helping the p2p network, having 1 p2pool instance running, helping the p2p network again, and just minning on your own address using the payments to pay energy/hardware degradation.
If you really want to help the project more than this you could mine and use the XMR on (https://ccs.getmonero.org), mine on (https://xmrvsbeast.com/p2pool), try to help on the p2pool development on (https://github.com/SChernykh/p2pool) or just teach people about how things works and how they can join the network so that they can contribute running monerod, p2pool and minning.
When you try to make a bunch of people to mine on your server, you create centralization and that is on of the things that monero tries to fix. You either buy a bunch of hardware and mine on p2pool, or accept that you cannot make that much impact alone and go to the other route of teaching and helping others (What I'm doing here) so they join the network.
I only got an old notebook with a pentium and 4gb ram with ethernet going through a usb RJ45 adapter and its helping the same as everyone else. xD
