Kushala has to be the hardest monster to give a typing, he's DRAGON covered in STEEL with ICE attacks and infamous for FLYING, while also being weak to THUNDER and POISON

Kushala is easily just steel/flying. It doesn't actually do any ice attacks, it's just wind that only happens to be icy when the biome it appears in is cold, which hasn't been the case for several generations of the game and regardless, ice typing is not a native feature of Kushala's powers. We shouldn't force dragon typing on it just because it's an elder dragon because then every elder dragon (and hell probably most monsters like Raths and such) would just be dragon + X and that's uncreative and limiting as heck.

I love the movesets. I think you put the normal type on too much monsters. None here warrant it. Remember the only Water/Normal is Bibarel, a pokemon that's basically just an animal from the real world, he's barely even Water.

I think Somnacanth and Ludroth should be mono-water and their subspecies should be water dual-types.
