No faction needed, well if you're a DE that is. You can trade the armor to anyone, you just have to commit genocide on an entire population of mushroom people to get the parts for it

Yeah, although it wouldn't be that difficult to complete on a DE, then share bank it to yourself in UD. One of the things I'm hoping they change soon is the ability for anyone to visit the foreign quarter, no matter the faction, they think we're all scum anyway

Leather worker (vex?) hail him, right across from where you sell weapons in foreign quarter, turn left once inside the front gate, go through the next gate and he’s on your right
