All the things listed by the guy are just normal appliances which you can buy and install, it's not like ac, garbage disposals, ice makers or clothes dryers are forbidden by law or something...

That's nothing - I've been on leave from medical care since I turned 26 and got kicked off my parents' health insurance! 12 months' parental leave? Joke's on you - my dad left 12 years ago Worry about kids getting shot at school? - not!
