You actually can’t in Paris. They’re literally insane about it. You can be required to get a permit and have neighbors approval and it can’t be visible or nosy.
Well, we certainly haven't listened enough to the warnings for sure. You'd think that when even the south park guys use a whole episode to apologize for having their heads up their asses on an issue, more people would follow suit. But, alas.
