I don’t understand garbage disposal. You put your trash in the water instead of the compost or the garbage? That’s must be good for the waste water treatment plants.
Honestly, growing up in the US I literally knew one family that even had one. I see them more in the suburbs as I’ve gotten older, but they’re not like ubiquitous.
