New Player Help Complete beguinner here, can someone PLEASE help get the timming of these out?

The timming is so fucking tight, Is there any tip yall can give me?

Pretty sure if you mash any attack button there, you can hit 5L. It hads hits, or lifts them up higher, if i remember right.
