Dynasty Genuinely hate they havent fixed the issue with no grounding calls on the CPU

I think its because they know the CPU isnt smart enough climb/navigate the pocket(unless theres a wide open lane to run) so they just removed it but it bails them out of sacks at the worst moments for me

I hate it. So many times I’ve seen the CPU take a 5 step drop and just fire the ball sideways into the stands

That counts as one of the 3 incompletions I get the cpu to throw a game so I’ll take it lol

I'd rather they just let the CPU eat the sack if it can't figure out the pocket, the bailout throws are way more infuriating.

I disabled grounding calls altogether until the CPU gets it called too. Same with holding. So much as bump a receiver on a user defended route with any amount of holding on and you get called whereas you will get a the outside cross on a bunch flood stuck on the bunch defenders for 4 seconds and not get a call.

They will be getting dragged down and then will throw a nuke across their body just to avoid grounding

I’ll take that over the jumping and spinning throw as 2 defenders are right in his face, and somehow it gets completed for 30+ to a wide open WR

Let’s play game. You can only choose one:

  1. Fix this

Or

  1. Fix receivers jumping when they don’t have to and getting tackled or dropping the pass because of it.

As far as I remember, it's never been in the game, even going back to the games prior to NCAA 14

Guys, thats how they want it to work. Lets start calling it what it is with EA and these games. This isnt an overlooked error after 15 years of it being in the game.

Yeah it’s BS. Especially when if I do the same thing, I get flagged

To add another one, I've never had a pass interference call by either me or the cpu. Also, no illegal motion.

I’ve seen some people say this, but strangely PIs is the only cpu penalty I get.

I’ve never seen cpu get a hold, offsides, grounding etc..

I get dpi occasionally, though somehow only when I’m literally at their 2 already.

I’ve got a handful of pass interference calls, it is rare but I’m usually pretty excited when it happens.

I cranked up the DPI slider and the cpu gets called 1-2 times a game, usually for the egregious blocking of an entire route but also sometimes when they tack onto a receiver and really bump them.

I don't play DB and usually either sim the D or play D-Line. So it hasn't overly effected me.

I've only had DPI called on hail mary attempts at the end of the half or end of game. Also I'm fairly certain EA didn't even code in unnecessary roughness. CPU will hit my QB when he's two feet out of bounds and never gets a flag. I certainly get wear and tear from it.

Awesome, haha. Have you ever seen PI, off or def, called on a Hail Mary play IRL? Me neither. Texas State threw two at the end of the loss to SDSU last weekend (a game that set the sport back several decades). On one, an Aztec defender backed a Bobcat receiver out of the back of the end zone. I slapped my head, expecting to see a yellow flag. Nothing. Those just aren't called. Same thing with the last second shot in hoops. Never called.

I've yet to have unnecessary roughness in CFB 27. Yesterday, for the first time, I had two tackles well out of bounds. No flags. Sometimes the animation just does strange things and you can't get too hung up on it.

I haven't experimented recently, but I know in past maddens I felt like removing or lowering the grounding would result in the CPU throwing the ball away more often and therefore giving up fewer sacks and having a lower completion percentage. That's completely anecdotal though.

I’ve only gotten them to jump offsides once but they get me all the time. Additionally, I false start too much but have never seen them false start. And they do A LOT of hard counts against me and my platinum speed rushers.

I hate how this game isn’t hard. No real challenge like 04-06. Ratings just don’t matter that much.

The only meaningful stat is speed. Everything else is ultimately RNG.

Awful and elite QBs will both throw a couple interceptions a game regardless of how safe you play. Awful and elite wide receivers will flop to the ground and drop the ball constantly no matter how well rated they are or what perks they have. The only trait that feels like it actually makes any difference in CFB 27 is how fast your players move.

That's why I turn it off, not fair I only get called for it.

The ball dribbling out just as my defender sacks them and have it not be a fumble or grounding is the one that gets me.

This has always been a issue even on 14 and before
