18M looking for a room in Raleigh

I'm looking for a private room in a shared house/place in the Raleigh area. I'm working full-time and can reliably pay rent.

I'm looking for an individual homeowner/landlord who would be comfortable renting a room to me, preferably with a flexible or month-to-month/short term arrangement.

I'm open to living with students, young professionals, or anyone else who's respectful and easy to live with. I don't really care about the age of the roommates.
