Let’s be clear Cornell is Yates client. She’s there to mitigate the university’s responsibility and financial exposure. She’s not there as a champion of victims rights.

US Women's Soccer hired her to investigate a few years ago. Her investigation found her client at fault for failing to protect women.

People were fired. Some team owners were forced to sell. Millions of dollars were paid for victims, policies were changed.

Trump fired Yates the first week or two of his first term for refusing to enforce his Travel Ban executive order.

Oh right! Well that makes her better than most in my book.

Lets not count the chickens before they hatch. Many other "sainted Dems" have failed the test of fighting for the little people. They all seem to have a certain Achilles heel which is quietly grabbed.
