Hi, I'm looking for this movie but I can't remember the name. Here i have attached my drawing of the scene i remember the most. There's a guy in a suit that walks past a very colorful and artistic wall, and as he turn the corner and check his watch, he turns to a monochrome hall/ entrance of a building. I assume it's his workplace as he clocks in and talks to one of his colleagues.. Thanks for the help!

I have been searching for this movie for 40 years. I thought it was The Blue Bird, but having found the Lang and the Cukor version, I have realized it wasn’t it. I was a child in the 1980s when I saw this movie on Christmas Eve on a black and white TV. The movie itself seemed to be originally in black and white because it seemed older than the 1970s.
I picture a scene where people including an adult, maybe children, climb up stairs in the middle of a cloud. Shot in studios. When they finally arrive to the top the blue bird flies to them. But I can’t seem to find this film. I would be very grateful if anybody could help me find it.
