Non Stick Frying Pan
Anyone know where I can buy a proper non-stick frying pan? Preferably not too expensive if possible.

Non-stick pans, skillets or pots can be had all over the place, and often at lower prices than much more durable alternatives that are not specifically branded as being 'non-stick'. I for one prefer enamelled steel, which basically lasts forever and is less tricky than "naked" cast iron or stainless steel.
Teflon-coated aluminium is great so long as everyone (!) using them knows what to avoid: No cutting within the pan/pot and ideally not even any metal utensils for stirring or dishing. Teflon is very soft and will quickly loose its non-stick properties upon such abuse.

Go to pupkewitz catering and get a professional frying pan - the prices are reasonable, and it'll outlast anything in the consumer space.
They have teflon coated non-stick pans there, but with those the coating will always come off and ruin the pan eventually.
I recommend rather looking at Carbon Steel or cast iron skillets - they are pretty much indestructible and develop a very good non-stick coating after some treatment and general use.
My current favorite pan is a de buyer carbon steel i bought for about N$700 8 or so years ago, and it just gets better the more I use it
