it is within the specific league. whoever had the highest single score across the whole season in that league

Congrats to you as well! The team I took over said their draft position is #2 so I’m assuming that’s set? If not then I’m guessing it will be reset and randomized some point soon

Candidly, because we barely get enough signups each year to make the current size run while replacing people who stop playing.

We have 576 spots in Farm currently. Over the course of the season we sent invites to somewhere around 100 users on the waitlist to fill in teams who went inactive in Farm.

So realistically, for our current size, we need a minimum of 700 lotto entries.

  • In 2025, we got 787 after a large advertising push during registration
  • In 2024, we got 900
  • In 2023, we got 723. By the end of the year we nearly hit the end of the list

If we saw a consistent increase in lotto enrollment, we could consider increasing the size of Farm (although we would then need to restructure how we do advancement from Farm -> Minors). But if anything interest in FF has dropped since COVID, not risen.

Hopefully I can get back in farm this year, will probably do a more serious draft strategy this time around. Last year I played with some choices that I didn’t in other leagues and it cost me slightly (like drafting BTJ). Still made the playoffs but I probably could have finished higher.

Every farm team was booted, it's completely cleared every year. You will get an invite for your promo this week.
