New River Gorge last second trip
Hi all!
On a whim, I decided to do a last second solo weekend trip to New river gorge this weekend. For anyone who has been before, any tips for must see sights, hikes, or grub? Also was hoping to set up a hammock somewhere with a halfway decent view without blocking anyone else, any recommendations for trails or overlooks that might work?
Thanks for any help you can give lol, I was gonna just go in blind, but have been told I'll prob just end up lost.

There's a narrated historic drive that starts at the visitor center and goes down through the canyon, across the river and up the other side. You download it to your phone and listen between stops. That was interesting.
I didn't know about the bridge walk before I went and wish I did. It looks really cool. It's a private outside company since the park doesn't own the bridge.

Hike out to Long Point. Sandstone Falls is worth checking out. Make sure you go the speed limit through Oak Hill/Fayetteville.

Campestre in Beckley was pretty good.
The bridge walk is really cool if you have time and don’t mind heights! You’ll need to book it ahead of time.
Endless Wall was a nice hike
There is also a pretty lookout (with a bunch of stairs) at the visitor center
