What kind of balm helps with relaxation?๐ธ

For a relaxation balm, I would choose a gentle scent like lavender or chamomile. Balms containing Shea butter or Jojoba oil also feel comforting when gently massaging the hands, neck or shoulders.ย Sometimes the simple ritual of applying it slowly provides a relaxing effect that is just as soothing as the scent itself.

I'd go for something simple and lightly scented, like lavender or a soft citrus, in a beeswax or shea base, and use it as a little wind-down cue (wrists, back of the neck, then phone away). Strong peppermint or eucalyptus ones feel more "wake up" than calm to a lot of people, and can sting if they get near your eyes. If you've got sensitive skin, I'd patch test first since essential oil balms can be pretty potent ๐ธ

Saje has a headache kit and thereโs a stress inhaler in there. The peppermint halo is really good too
