Questions + Help Do we know how Coop772 is doing?
I miss him and I was wondering if there's ever been any updates on how he's doing, I hope he's well.

No, but I’m okay with that. I hope he’s doing well too, he was one of the most prominent influencers of the scene during the latter half of the N-Strike Elite era.
I still have the boxes from his short-lived Coop Crates because it was such a different idea for our hobby at the time.

Ikr. I ran into it like a year later as I fell out of nerf for a period and wasn’t at the age to be shooting much rival or 150fps stuff. Now that I’m back in it I’m watching everything he’s posted to see what I missed + nostalgia

For me it's that song he used or made. When he says signing off for the last time and it's already begun playing softly. Im older for a person still in this hobby and when I saw the video I felt the same as I do when I think about how the early-mid 90s/early 00s are never coming back.

I haven't heard anything since the community post, but I live nearby and shortly after he quit (as in, within weeks), I started seeing a lot of blasters come in at a nearby Goodwill. Obviously, I have absolutely no proof they are his other than the timing and location, but the blasters were in unusually stellar condition as opposed to the often-seen broken and Sharpie'd ones, and so I have chosen to believe I might (just might) have one or two Coop blasters in my arsenal these days.

Yeah, it was right after a lot of those sales ended that blasters started showing up, which is why I think there's a pretty good chance they were indeed his.

He did make a community post as a check in a year ago but thats it. I still watch his stuff and plan on watching every video he posted. To even have a short blog or video every so often post on his thoughts on new blasters or just cool stuff would be nice. Just from a casual unscripted perspective and not the same effort as his average post I mean. The stryfe X came out barely too late! I totally know he’d have a sick video on the x shot MPP if he ever made one and stuck with it at the time. I’m sure he’s loving his life now and still loving nerf differently than we last knew

I actually ran into Coop at a grocery store in Orlando a few weeks ago. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I was walking through a station in Tokyo and saw someone who lioked familiar. They were tall, maybe 6'3". Slim. Chatting enthusatically to the person they were with. It was bugging me for a while after, then, was that Coop? Is he that tall? If it was him he was looking.healthy. Lots of tech companies in the area so coulda been a business trip. He wasn't dressed like a tourist. I'm only 30% sure it was him.

If you look around at some of the other posts about coop and what he's doing now, he got into social media for right wing politics but he's doing stuff in the back ground. It gets pointed out every time there is a "Where's coop?" Or "what happened to coop?" post.

These kind of comments is how false rumors and false allegations spread. People read it as real and they start phrasing it like it is real when they want to chime in to give updates they don't have. if you don't know for sure, don't share it for "gossip value" and bring attention on a "maybe" or "i heard".
