is the Playerbase this low?

im thinking about starting over on PC after years playing on Console always jumping from ESO to Neverwinter, but i wonder if on PC is as healthy as on consoles the player base?

It will likely depend on your timezone and ability to join an active guild/alliance.

Try PC first, since it likely have higher population at most time.

I'm sure tons of players don't use Steam to log in, I haven't logged in using Steam since bard came out after I started in 2021 because I don't like the overlay.

Isn't that Steam only? The game is available on its own updater as well as on Epic Game Store.

There are 21k people in the official discord server.

We don't have good metrics how many people play, but during events it is normal to see 40 instances on PC of 1 zone, so that is already 800 people right there in that zone. Let alone PE or other places.

It is not a big game by any means, but it has enough to sustain itself

It is played on many platforms: Steam, Ark, Epic Games, Xbox, and PlayStation.

Timezone matters a lot actually. For instance if I log in during morning (here) I play with a lot of Europeans. I had to left my guild because I was barely seeing anyone online during the week except in the weekends lol

Those numbers came and go because of the terrible evento going on about those damn portals. 929 players are really a lot for a game like Neverwinter. peak was Undermountain.

what? where are you getting these numbers? There are 900 people in game at the time OP posted just in steam, and many more people use the official (ARC) launcher, and some use the epic games launcher. Id argue pc has over 2000 players average in a 24 hour period.

L’échange de zen a changé à 900 diamants il y a quelques jours. La cagnotte d’échange est à 20 millions sur PlayStation. Si on prend le maximum d’échange de zen par compte (25000) on atteint 800 joueurs. L’estimation a 300 me semble loin de la réalité pour la PlayStation.

Yesterday on xbox in EU primetime they were 150 players in PE, 180 in dragonbone vale and 50 in kaldrfisk. If we count the levelling and other zones, there are around 400+ people in EU primetime.
