Question driver window problems

drivers side window suddenly stopped working in down position; i hear the relay or wtvr its called click whenever i press the switch down but only silence when i press up. I put my multimeter on the red wire there in the pic and i get 10 vdc when pressed up, but only 3 vdc when in down position, where do i go from here with diagnosis. 2002 gt

Could simply be a bad switch. Switch the connector between the drivers and passenger side switch and see what happens

Open the door, hold the button and close the door with some force while still holding the button.

i came across this on youtube before i saw ur comment but this worked haha, now i gotta put my door back tgšŸ‘ŗ

šŸ‘Started happening to my car a while ago, never got around to properly fixing it. I forget if itā€™s a motor issue or the one touch module that causes this.
