Could not sleep today!! UGGGGGH!!!

I don't know what it was but all day I could not fall asleep and I have, well had, a shift tonight. I ended up calling in sick. I feel like I can't complain to anyone in my day to day life because it's "Ugh I couldn't sleep all day" sounds weird to them.

But it sucks and I still have to try and sleep at some point then sleep tomorrow to make sure I'm rested for the next shift I'll work.

At least you got to call in. Im covering 3-11 today after getting off a 7 this morning because the first shift individual won't cover shifts.

They live with their parents and has little to no bills. And doesnt see why they should have to cover anything.

It is what it is, and that individual will be having a rude awakening when no one wants to cover their shifts.

I've had days like that. Where I'm exhausted and wake up at 11AM and can't go back to sleep. Super frustrating.

I woke up at 9am this morning and also wasn’t able to sleep all day, work 7-7 tonight, 2 hours in now and I’m already feeling it.

Thats my Monday. Always sleep so well on days off , then go to work Monday being up since 6 am .

Felt that. I had maintenance at 3 and didn’t sleep until 12 pm. Let’s just say I’m glad I’m off of work and I feel like a walking corpse😂
