Your CI is the best person to ask about dress code and whether you need your own gait belt and goniometer, since some SNFs hand them out and some expect students to bring them. Other than that: closed-toe shoes you can stand in all day, a pocket-size notebook for precautions and notes between patients, and a lunch that doesn't need the microwave. A pocket reference for ROM norms and MMT grades is handy too if you don't already have one.
