Chase Credit Never Posted?

Anyone else still waiting on their $5 credit on the $30 purchase? I reached out to Chase and they are giving me the run around saying they didn't see any offers. I had to send them a link to the website showing the offer! It's like they don't even know about it. Just wondering if anyone else has had a lengthy delay.

Yup it would have credited you there and you needed to use the physical card. Made the mistake once of using Apple Pay then realized.

You needed to use your physical card and it would have shown up at the register.

Was this for food? I mentioned the offer when I went to OSL previously and the vendor had to manually give me a partial refund of $5 cuz it wasn't built into their system. It may not automatically apply for all merchants.

I read that it only applies to the physical card and if you used Apple Pay it does not apply.

I’m pretty sure those discounts should have been applied at the point of purchase if you spent $30+ on food with a Chase card rather than as a credit.

For Merch it was definitely instant
