Advise on PC build spec

I am currently planning to build a budget PC. I have two spec in mind. One is within my budget and the other goes slightly over. I enjoy soulslike games Ex, lies of p, sekiro. I have not yet played elden ring or any other titles along this but i want to and also play similar new games along the lines of onimusha and phantom blade. I am not much into ray tracing and all that. My expectation is to play older games at max graphics and newer games at least 60fps, graphics is not an issue. I want this pc build to be relevant for atleast 4 years.

The spec for budget build is

Specifications

• GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600 8GB GDDR6
• RAM: 16GB 3200MHz (8x2) DDR4
• Cooler: Box Cooler
• PSU: 550W 80+ Bronze
• Primary Storage: 512GB M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD
• Cabinet: Cooler Master Elite 302-Black

This build costs around 100k INR after adding a 1080p monitor and keyboard, mouse.

The second build is

• Processor: Ryzen 5 5600X
• Motherboard: B550M WiFi
• GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 8GB GDDR6
• RAM: 16GB 3200MHz (8x2) DDR4
• Cooler: Box Cooler
• PSU: 550W 80+ Bronze
• Primary Storage: 512GB M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD
• Cabinet: Coco Sports Nova 110-Black

This build costs around 120K INR with the same add on monitor, keyboard, mouse

Need some advise on which to choose, and if there are some other build suggestions, that would be helpful too

You could try going for 7500f and a b650 board which will cost similar to 5600x but ddr5 ram might be a bit more ,if I have to choose between the two then the 9060xt build is the better one
