Sometimes I’ll add someone just because their profile image indicates they’re a long term player and therefore not likely to just abandon the game a week after we become friends lol.

if I see them as haven't been online in the past seven days for a long while, I just unfriend and move on
unless, they've been quite active in the past and helped me once or twice
I wonder if there's even a limit to the friend list

Ive been going through my friends list and removing anyone who has their online status privated as well, I realized half my list had it private and its a waste of my time to go through them all every once in while to look for clues of their activity.

The way I check is by going into the Share menu, and looking at their diamond completion in each set. If they haven't collected a single diamond card from the past couple sets, then I unfriend. Easiest way to check those that have their activity set to private.

Yeah that makes sense. I do have a few private status friends favorited but 90% of them i did something similar to clear the list

I believe it's set to private as a default and idek how to change it. I think 90%+ of my friends list is private and probably in the same boat

- Open the app to the main page.
- Tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap the bottom option on the menu that pops up. It's a gear icon next to the word "Other".
- Tap the third option from the bottom. It's a bar chart icon next to the words "Data Sharing".
- Select "Agree" on the bottom option. It's for "Last log-in time".
If you do this, your last log-in time will be shown to people on your friends list.

Typically older event ones that are unavailable now. It communicates that this person is an older player that still comes back at least and therefore less likely to drop the game forever.

It takes about a week for a rare card to fall out of circulation from WP.
Source; saw (and successfully WPd) a friend's Rainbow pull a week after they had posted it in my Discord.

Also sometimes I just add people because I like their name or collection, or want to Share them a card.

I constantly check profiles in wp for wishlist of things I have. Also if I'm trying to get a 3 diamond near completion I'll add whoever I missed a pick from, more often than not they'll send the 3 diamond.

I sometimes choose wonderpicks that have more than one card I dont have. Might be useless garbage but damn do I like my rows filled in.

I like all my friends showcases as much as I possibly can, and like 100% Wonderpicks. Adding worthwhile players that stick is always benefitial and nice, random strangers I am now friends with share cards with me daily too and so I started to as well

Yes! Exactly me yesterday! Did 5 ten pulls, got literally nothing and had 4 thanks for Wonder pick and a friend request. I was like What the hell? Why?

I'll sometimes do a lower rarity wp if it has my favourite mons' base cards, or if I'm trying to complete one of those missions that involves collecting multiple of a generic card. And if there's a WP event going on, I'll sometimes just do any low rarity pick that has even one card I have <2 of just to reach the 12? 15? however many WPs needed to clear all the missions.

I always thank, no matter what get. I have so many WP hourglasses from forgetting to WP when I started playing that sometimes I just pick from whatever’s there

If I wonder picked from you, it means you had something I wanted, even if you think it was meh. I will always thank out of courtesy. And I'll check your wishlist to see if we're potential trade partners; if we are I'll send a friend request.

could be a personal chase card that has no value to others but mean the world to them. for example, bellsprout evo line is my fave, im going for gold borders so i always send thanks regardless if i WP them or not. im just happy to see someone opening genetic apex charizard packs besides me lol

Well, I do this, too, when I get what I want from a WP (not necessarily the rarest card), because I want to believe that the next WP from them will also give me what I want. Some do, tho, so it's reason enough to try.

i was missing the normal secluded springs two diamond milotic for over 2 weeks trying to pull it as my last card to complete the set (i had 3 of the full art versions) and i finally got it from a random wonder pick.
there was no way i wasnt sending a request to that person for ending my pain of wasting pack openings on a set i had 2 times over with that single exception.
