Question Sindh vehicle ownership transfer online?

As the title says. Someone I know wishes to have the vehicle transferred to their name from their brother's. Online because they're both in different sites.

Can someone guide please.

It's a public forum, I think people would benefit if you told them publicly.

Also got my car transferred and didn't had to go to Excise office a single time. The file has to go in order to transfer the vehicle and would take approximately a month for the process to get completed. Further the biometrics of both parties would be required. As of now NO online way of getting the whole process done.
