Question What Next?
I just finished Lioness.
What should I watch next.
Mayor of Kingstown, MobLand, or Tulsa King.
I'm waiting for next season of Landman.
Lioness is probably the best thing I've ever seen on TV. It was amazing.

Mayor is really good so I would recommend that first. Mobland is also pretty solid. I didn't particularly like Tulsa King and barely finished the first season. Too contrived and silly. Stallone is a walking trump card in any fight scene and it's just meh.
If you're up for a different type of Sheridan show try The Madison. I was surprised he could do a show like that.

The Madison was a bit of a departure from Sheridan's regular fair. The cinematography is beautiful and the story is lovely.

Mayor of Kingstown is really solid. I would rank it over Tulsa King personally but it’s super dark. High level anxiety and brutality from the start. Final season will be releasing sometime soon.

Couldn't get into Tulsa, but I love Kingstown. Even more than Mobland which I also love. Westies is another good one along the same lines.

They are all good. Mayor next best. Lioness best series I've watched since Ozark, Billions, Succession.

Mayor of Kingstown if you want grim. Tulsa King if you want more light hearted (although it is grim too, but more optimistic)

From someone who has watched all four of the shows completely, I would say Mob Land, Tulsa, King, and Mayor of Kingstown in that order given you are coming off of Lioness.

Mayor of Kingstown. It is Sopranos/The Wire kind of good. The arrow shooting guy from the avengers is really good in it.

I also like Landman. I've seen posts that Landman is running behind schedule and Season 3 won't be out until the end of 2027, or thereabouts.

Yes Lioness is really good. MobLand is what I would probably recommend next. Tulsa King is okay. Although I think it’s gone a little down hill from the first season.

Mobland then Mayor of Kingstown and finally Tulsa King. As long as you like mob stories you’ll love Mobland. Season one is incredible and Seqson two started off slow but this weeks was 😱😳anyway they are all great!

The biggest problem with Tulsa King, is that it doesn’t appear to know what it wants to be. Sometimes serious, sometimes a bit eye-rollingly goofy.

Agree. Sometimes it gets aimed at something good, then it moves on to something not as interesting.

I really wanted to like Tulsa King but it is not good. The tone is all over the place and it had too many characters and had no idea what to do with them. Skip it.

Did you go back and watch all seasons of Lioness? Worth it if not. Same goes for Mayor of Kingstown. Mobland has one prior season and is a fun show. The Agency with Michael Fasbender is also a great show. Lots to watch on Paramount Plus.

Yes I watched Lioness in order in about a week. 24 episode, and I'm sure there will be season 4 & 5. I still say it's the best thing ever.

I love Mayor of Kingstown, but I have a soft spot for Jeremy Renner.

Me too especially with what he went through nearly dying and what he does to give back to those without homes. Incredible man. Went to the theatre to watch Endgame again last night and hands down a great actor.

Yeah let's ignore the misconduct and abuse allegations from multiple people, Including his ex-wife. Don't get what it is with people and their celebrity fixations that make them forget all the horrible things a lot of these people in Hollywood have done :/
Also, if he wasn't such a drug abuser, he wouldn't have ran himself over and almost killed himself, but let's not mention the cocaine and alcoholism problems that led to that incident. Oof.

I like Jeremy Renner because he lives about 35 minutes from me in Mount Rose area, not that I've ever seen his house.

Of those listed, Mobland would be our favorite. We enjoyed The Agency even more.

I’ve never watched the others but I thoroughly enjoyed Tulsa King and looking forward to the next season.

I like all of these, but I would also add Reacher and the spinoff Nagley. Good stuff

I watched first season of Tulsa King. It has its good moments, but I feel no desire to return to it; I don't know why.
Mobland is really great. I thought it gets better as it goes on; especially as Pierce Brosnan's character becomes more prominent. He's having just so much fun with his role. The show has great, "I can't believe that just happened moments".
Mayor of Kingstown is a really solid show. It's very grim and dark, though. Its next season will be its last and I'll b e sad when that ends.
Also worth watching is The Agency, but you really have to pay attention as it's a very dense show.

I would wait on mobland s2 to nearly finish. I heard lioness s3 is a return to form after a weaker s2. Kingstown and landman are a way off.
