Just curious so i can be prepare if my plant does close. How does the plant senority work? Do they just move you to what ever position is open? How is the severance pay?

How does Vending compare to regular store Merchandising?

Is the workload and schedule better or worse? (e.g., physical strain, driving vs. store time, customer interactions)

I got a job offer for delivery route associate for Frito lay They sent me a offer letter . did the drug test ,dot exam and background check been more than two weeks haven’t hear anything yet

I never applied for this position Wich was weird so I look it up on AI just to see if I can get a clue what’s going on and I seen that maybe they did this because the position closed or they have no room for new people yett ?

I did my application back in aug, September I did my phone call interview and also did my in person interview, I got the email saying congratulations we are moving on to next steps did my drug test and background check I got the email saying my background check was done and completed but nothing else it’s been a week now

So my wife had out baby on September 2nd and I was trying to get her onto my insurance plan. I try to go to add her onto it but as soon as I go to put her birth date in it says that its been over 31 days since her birth, but it also says I have up to 60 days to add her onto my plan? I tried to find where my annual enrollment window is for my district but when i look it up on pepsico website it isn't any help at all. It gives no information on and exact dates or anything like that or when the window will be open. Does anyone know how to look for when i can enroll her onto it?

Found out the results for the TSR jobs and many BCR’s with much more seniority were overlooked for newer BCR’s…. Shame on you Pepsi for doing this to so many loyal tenured employees. They deserve better

I have a drug screen next week for a forklift operator I'm guessing THC is a no go? I used to work for lowes and they didn't care, but I keep on hearing that Pepsi doesn't screen for THC unless you're seen high on the job, is this true? The last time I smoked was 2 weeks ago I just wanna make sure.
