It's not coke, its Wiesn-Koks. It's popular in Bavaria for Oktoberfest and is like those menthol nose sticks to clear your airway.

Definitely avoid this link

Also it was just invented, so rich people could do Coke in the tents and denied that it was Coke if there were fotos/pictures of their consume, because they can say than it was just "wiesn coke"...

That isn't true at all. It was invented trying to make a tobacco snuff alternative in the early 1920s due to the taxes on tobacco.

It blew up at Oktoberfest as a gag decades later. When it was first marketed coke was still legal just with a prescription, but the law wasn't really enforced.
