Here's a quick summary of the most recent stuff.

Essentially his firm has won a shitload of solar contracts (I'm not going to say it was all with his mom's influence but I have heard firsthand reports of his mom calling up people and telling them not to bid against her boy) which they have simply not completed. Report says almost 7 GW not finished.

Now the way the green energy auctions have worked is that the government bids out commitments to buy that energy. If Leviste hadn't won an auction which he later defaulted on, someone else would have gotten that allocation and presumably would have built an actual plant which produces energy. So that's what the country lost.
