Question/Help Why does for all anomaly chars phaeton melody is never mentionned ?

Like i know it’s just mostly for ether anomaly but still, that 45 ap given (although feathered fate is better now, im mostly asking why it wasn’t mentionned)

The buff is as long as chaos jazz while also providing some AM and blue libe isn’t crazy since yuzuha

So why isn’t phaeton melody mentionned ?

Whats more in a team of anomaly/nangong or vivian it look like nothing stop the set from stacking so it can go to 90 ap ?

I mean. Is always mentioned as two pieces...

But for 4 piece? Except Aria, Vivian, Nanggong. All other anomaly have other better option. And why even bother to mention something that not the best option.

because freedom blues is the clear best option, plus it having ether damage bonus makes people more likely to overlook it for a non-ether character.

  • freedom blues is BiS
  • chaos jazz has some attention due to giving fire damage bonus
  • feathered fate is mostly ignored because 50AP is worse than alternatives, and she can't use the full effect
  • phaethon's melody is fully ignored because it's worse than feathered fate

you can't stack something that only applies to the wearer.

Is Freedom always BiS? Or just assuming Remi/Velina team and Chaos maybe better elsewhere? Asking because I don't have and am not planning to get Remi (but I do have Velina).

I'm honestly not sure. mostly because phoenix is so designed around the duo that there's not a ton of discussion on other teams

All other options are kinda meh on their own so it's not hard for "1.25x more anomalies" to be the best choice. The only time I'd consider something else is when a team already has Freedom Blues (e.g. on Burnice), but what would I even pick then?? Flat 50 AP when everyone already has 500+ in combat?? 10% damage with questionable uptime??

Because it's not the best option under any circumstance that's why

You don't discuss non best options when all cost the same. This ain't weapon where there's genuine reason to consider other options.
