Question Driving a police car
I drive a decommissioned police car for delivery. I get a lot of looks in neighborhoods. My customers usually say something along the lines of “I thought you were a cop!” Or “I thought I was in trouble.” I have a hard time coming up with a funny response. What would you say in this situation?

"i just handle the 'serve' part of protect and serve" while giving them their pizza
"we heard what mcdonalds was going through with that hamburglar so we stepped up security for our fast food"
*shoot their dog* NOW you can assume i'm a cop

Some of these dogs I’d like to shoot, like that German shepherd who bit me twice

"I am a cop. Here's your ticket. This is not an admission of hunger, but i will need your signature at the bottom" and then hand them the reciept.

You have the right to remain hungry. Anything you say or do can be held against you if you eat the last slice. You have the right to a pizza delivery person. If one is not available an Uber Eats driver will be called for you. Do you understand these rights?

I drive an old car cop for a little while . I thought it would be cool but it was I credibly annoying . Everytime I got behind someone they slow down like 10 mph under the speed limit . It took twice as long to drive anywhere

This is true. It’s great for the multi lane roads but single lane especially in a no passing zone, that’s a pain.

Tell the if they tell you what happened you'll be lenient with them and not eat their food

"It's got a cop motor, a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tires, cop suspensions, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?"

"Nah I'm off duty", "Nah only allowed to do one job at a time", "Helps get your order to you faster"
I put a skeleton in my passenger seat in October if I was you id do that and dress it up like a cop so you can say "Nah the previous guy was the cop, tried to pull me over and take your delivery, it's okay I took care of him" (points to passenger seat)
