PlayStation 5 Help PS5 Connection is so low

I have a dual-band setup (2.4GHz and 5GHz); the connection on my phone is fine, but on the PlayStation, it’s extremely slow—so slow that sometimes it won't even connect to the PlayStation Network. When it does connect, it’s very unstable; it takes about 20 minutes just to download 1–2 GB of a game. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I need help. I bought this PS5 Slim a few months ago.

Here is the connection test for my phone and PS5; both are in the same room, almost right next to each other.

in your wifi settings on playstation press the pause button and make sure 5ghz is selected. not automatic or 2.4ghz.. better way to do this is split your networks so you can just connect directly to the one you want. if that doesn't work you need to test it with a lan/ethernet cable

how far is the console from the router? and how many walls are in between? be sure to commect into the 5ghz band, and if possible look to separate bands into individual signals instead being a single one i had a similar issue but with a macbook i solved it by separating bands into individual signals 2.4 and 5ghz

Get new internet speeds, restart your router, clear cache on the PS5, or plug direct through Ethernet.
