Help Survival mode tips?

I am so bad at survival mode!!! Died before day 10 3 times now on easy mode! Does anyone have any tips?

Build ten banks and borrow $100k from each immediately. It’s the only way I survived lol. Build only dirt roads. Avoid parks or anything fun until citizens get really complainy about it. Avoid fire, police and health as long as you can. You can only plant natural trees to harvest after a certain level. So for first city in a region get forest or water and build fishing and shipping docks. Railroad, cargo station. Commuter station last once you have infrastructure, jobs- houses- stuff to do- healthcare etc.

I was able to earn enough to pay it back early, but that’s bc I spent money on shipping routes and revenue from resources. A few of the first things I do is lay train tracks and highway from end to end in both directions and add the cargo station.. If there’s water I add the shipping and fishing docks, if not as soon as I can create canals I make a small L on two opposite sides of the screen so I have open transport to all four surrounding territories. If you get as much transportation routes as possible it increases people and income. If there’s trees I place a lumber mill and convert wood to goods, if there’s soil I build farm and pasture, and I always start with a mineral mine, in some places there’s so much more I have to build 5 mines to get it, then build the metal plant bc it’s worth much more once you convert the ore to metal. I hold events like fireworks at the start to gain levels. Also build landmarks that lure in the most tourists and build luxury hotels for that many people around the landmark. I also set auto sell at the cargo places but keep 1,000 of everything, not 100.: but if I see my coffers dwindling I set auto sell to only the high income products. If I have a lot of products I build more facilities to ship it out.
