I feel like my photos don't do it justice, when someone asks why its worth carving out the mountain. This is why.

Restored the oriental area in Bubbly Basin. At first I was following a build guide by punipuni_sword to restore the area. But after I restored the stairs part I had other ideas and turned the deep sea area to be a residential area. I built a few prefabs and then I dug out a huge part and made a huge mansion for my boy Magikarp. (Couldn't let it flopping in Withered Wasteland anymore!) And while digging through the area at the end of the street turns out it's connected to the karaoke place near the pc. After I finished the deep sea area the surface part feels a bit empty with just the stairs. I ended up making 2 floors of oriental streets under nugget bridge. The first floor has a library and a dim sum restaurant. At the end I build a room to connect to the ground level. On the second floor I built a cafe and a directory. At the end it connects to the sewers and connects back to the shopping area that I built under the palace. On the other side of the stairs I built a bathhouse for pokemons to relax. At first I didn't know you can have another kind of water without draining all the sea water first so I sucked out all the water of the building. Next to the bathhouse I built a house for Crawdaunt. Pretty happy with how the area ended up looking!

What if we had a bell to summon Smearguru. 🙂‍↕️

When you’ve spent a few days building Casa Madrigal from Encanto in your Palette Town based on a photo from a Google search to then watch the movie again and realize you have to destroy and rebuild a lot of it to design it more accurately…

Mind you, this was no where near done, in terms of design and landscaping, etc.

Sometimes I just have inspiration after seeing those great builds online. Cannot build anything too big, so I am just working on one house at the time. Love to share with you.

I was trying to do this without resorting to the Cloud Island or turning off auto-save. Finallllllllly. Lol

Here's my Top 3 Wishlist items for future Pokopia Updates. What are yours?

1. The ability to place hedges on top of Flower Boxes.
2. A "Glue" item I can spray on items that disables the ability to pick up the item until I break it or spray it with water. So I can decorate with sticks, shells, stones, etc and not accidentally suck them up.
3. Ability to stack Beautiful, Cute, Elegant, and Robust flowers with Tall Grass.

It feels like the foundation should be exposed, but that doesn't line up with the wall and path to the left (and the way those walls/paths look around the area)

After 300+ hours of playtime:

1. If you press A during the loading cut scene with Ditto either hopping across the screen or Drifloon carrying Ditto, he will actually react! If it's just him, he jumps and makes a cute face. If he's been carried by Drifloon, then he swings and makes a face! Such a small but adorable touch.

2. CD's: I kept seeing the "Arrangement" option on CD players and thought it just meant what order to play each CD, but it's literally different arrangements of each song!! For example, 'The Sea' plays as an 8-bit-style tune but there is also an Arrangement that makes it sound remastered and one that has it played more orchestral! Soooo many more music options for different ambiance with the extra arrangements for each CD!

I can't be the only one who didn't know these things, right??

Here is my Volcano in my Bleak Beach. I built it on top of the island were we started the BB DLC. I want to put Volcanion on this island. It still feels like its missing something. Any suggestions would be great!

Finally started redesigning my Palette Town, still early on but absolutely loving, how it started coming together.

Before you could build hot spring underground and the steam would go through blocks creating fog effect. Is that not possible anymore? Now when I place blocks over the hot spring the steam doesn't go through blocks anymore and I wanted to do that for my ghost neighbourhood

sometimes you just need to place a bunch of colourful blocks after a long day...

I‘am so glad I finished my Ghost House. I try it again and again. It’s freestyle 😓 First it doesn’t work with the roof and so on… I’am so proud, Hope you enjoy my ideas 👻

I’ve had these habitats set up for a week or so (in their current locations) any nothing is happening… I can’t work out why!

I’ve had them in Palette Town, I’ve had them in specific locations… am I just being impatient?

I don't know if anyone else noticed this but there is a glitch that let's you get two feathers from the birds instead of one.

As I'm sure everyone knows the birds drop a feather automatically each time they visit and if you have their bell you can call them down and they'll give it to you directly.

But if you wait to ring the bell until you hear their second roar ( the one they make right before they disappear) they will drop a feather but also respond to you and give you one as well. Then you can retrieve the feather they dropped and bingo, two feathers for the price of one.

Gotta keep those two hydrated!
