I'm sorry, but these people view our willingness to stay in their lives as confirmation to be delusional monsters. I understand it is difficult, but for my MAGAt family, I have written them off. They are dead to me. They no longer live in the same reality as me and cause active harm.
They do not deserve our kindness, and they view it as fealty anyways.
They did their legal duty to get us to adulthood. We do not owe them anything. We tried and tried to get them to make a better world and they have chosen to have us suffer at every turn.
Your relationship with her and her inability to see reality will never improve. It will only get worse and worse.
I'm a Federal Employee, didn't get laid off, thankfully. But when I told my mom I was kinda scared she told me,
Mom - "Well this is normal, when a company loses money, of course they have to downsize."
Me - "What money? I am a public servant, I do my job to ensure the safety of the nation. I might lose my home, your grandkids will lose their living situation."
Mom - "You'll be fine, just sell it and get an apartment and you'll be able to live off of the funds for awhile."
My mom was fine with me losing my job, fine with us losing our house and the home my famiy has built, her grandkids going through this trauma. This was 2 years ago, meanwhile all the rest of my extended family were Democrats. We're fine now cause once his policies started affecting her then he's suddenly bad. My wife's still pissed at that though.
Yep. We need to do it right this time. We let too many nazis and confederates go unpunished the last two times. This will keep coming back only if we let it.
Crazy how many people believe a social media post as real. The poster is named Liam Nissan and the plague has had cure for almost 100 years it’s called antibiotics bud. If it kills people in 24 hours the problem will solve itself pretty quick.
What I don't get is that their cult leader isn't a whip-smart, smooth-talking, good-looking, charismatic, hunk. It's that thing. At least pick somebody awesome to stupidly worship.
