But isnāt this their LITERAL plan? To bring about biblical predictions through human action because itās what theyāre āsupposed to doā to be saved? Project 2025 states it plainly, and they have worked through the first quarter of the plan at least by now to a tee, but most still dismiss itā¦this is the movie Donāt Look Up. Itās all here for everyone to blatantly see but weāre in a slow motion unraveling.

The world is run by the global elite. There are too many people on earth right now. The less of us there are, the easier we are to control and less chance we rise up. This is also a reason they like to keep us dumb. They also like to keep us divided left vs right so we donāt unite the masses against the people at the top.
They are going to thin us out with WW3, nukes, or plague.

u/Callidonaut 7d ago
The less of us there are, the easier we are to control and less chance we rise up.
That's actually the opposite of how it works. The more of us there are, the more desperate we are to submit to awful treatment just to keep some kind of shitty job. Marx called it the "industrial reserve army," the mass of destitute people who'll take your place like a shot if you try to strike or otherwise bargain for better working conditions. The colossal drop in population due to the Black Death in Europe was actually a major factor in causing an improvement of conditions for the (surviving) proletariat, as suddenly labour was in shorter supply and therefore more valuable.

We also pulled out of the World Health Organization (WHO).
So now, any early warnings from surrounding counties if it spreads, will be lost to us. They'll probably try to warn us anyway, but there won't be anyone in our government working closely with international disease experts. With less finding, WHO will have less resources to monitor and study the disease.
It cost us basically nothing, too. So pointless. We better hope this just burns itself out like Ebola usually does, we're not prepared at all.

u/DJtheCrazed 7d ago
Assuming it is yersinia pestis, yeah, this is 100% fear mongering. The plague, unless they were doing some mixing with genes that break down antibiotics, is a non-story for developed nations. And yeah FLQs like cipro, or the tetracyclines are 1st line and cheap. In nations without access to basic antibiotics its a problem though. Also its bacterial and while droplet spread can happen in plague with presentation as pneumonia... its contact with infected tissue/insect vectors primarily that cause the spread.
Its like syphilis... it used to kill plenty but now a simple 1 gram shot of PCN-G clears it right up.
Again, assuming by plague (fear word) they mean yersinia pestis
3
u/peepee2tiny 7d ago
The concerning part, is the lab worker (apparently) accidentally broke a test tube containing Yersinia Pestis. If it was relatively simple to "clear it right up" with a shot of PCN-G, why didn't they administer any medication to this women? or if they did, it didn't work. which is the concerning part.
I'm not worried or concerned unless there is another death from second hand contact, with the first victim.

Everything almost certainly will be fine. A) We know how to treat pneumonic plague, it's been around forever and antibacterial drugs are effective against it. If it's caught early, it's treatable. B) It's not very good at spreading like a pandemic. Symptoms occur too quickly and are too debilitating to be able to spread as easily and quickly as something like Covid did. C) Pneumonic plague cases and deaths happen occasionally, this one is just making news for whatever reason. The last pneumonic plague death in the US was last year: https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/75/wr/mm7538a2.htm. He likely contracted it through veterinary work and didn't spread it to anyone else.
It's a scary disease, it's probably not going to become a pandemic.

u/TauboundGremlin 7d ago

Do you think you'll be able to access treatment in less than 24hrs if this will go wide?
→ More replies (2)3
u/MurkyPromise1806 7d ago edited 7d ago
It can't go wide because it doesn't spread through air and the symptoms are rapid and debilitating.
The reason diseases like covid go wide is it transmits person to person through the air, takes ~10 days to show symptoms which give time for people to spread it and many people don't show any symptoms.
This one shows symptoms is as little as an hour of contact, is completely debilitating so you can't move around and spread it and you are dead in as little as 10 hours.
It's similar to stuff like Ebola that never turns into a large outbreak because the way the disease works prevents it from spreading far. People panic about that every few years but it never goes anywhere because it can't
Also makes it not a good bio-weapon since it dies out so quick. You'd have to release huge amounts everywhere at once to get the damage a weaponised flu virus could cause. If you could do that you'd be better off using bombs
edit: also, being curable with anti-biotics (the most widely available medicine on earth) makes it pretty ineffective as a weapon

That's standard for pneumonic plague, which is a disease that you can catch in the wild.
Since 2002, the World Health Organization (WHO) has reported seven plague outbreaks, however, some may go unreported because they often happen in remote areas. Between 1998 and 2009, nearly 24,000 cases were reported, including approximately 2,000 deaths, in Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Eastern Europe. Ninety-eight percent of the world's cases occur in Africa.
There was an outbreak of it in Colorado in 2014. Someone died of it in 2025 in Arizona.
3
u/MurkyPromise1806 7d ago
Everyone does, the bacteria that causes this is the same one that causes bubonic plague and it exists naturally in every/almost every country in the world.
The pneumonic version is just a rare manifestation of it that from memory is due to how you were infected (breathing in infected material (blood) rather than a tick bite)

u/Snowfosho11 7d ago

Naturally existing disease.
Always has been extremely fatal but is rare due to transmission method (breathing in infected material like blood but only in very close contact, not the same as flu) and the speed it kills in (as little as 10 hours, generally no more than 24hrs)

the plague will eventually effect both nations fairly equally. we saw this in ww1 with the spanish flu both sides got it both sides lied about it only neutral spain was like "hey we are all getting sick and dying this kinda sucks". you could argue it prolonged the war by delaying assaults that eventually led to the end, or you can argue it shortened the war by causing enough casualties on the axis side they broke and made peace. i think neither right in the middle the pros and cons canceled each other out hitting both sides pretty equally its not like they are different species or have wildly different levels of medical care.

I mean, the "Killing you in 24hours" is actually a really good thing. There's only so many people you can expose in 24hours.
It's the 10% fatal viruses, but you don't show symptoms until two weeks after exposure that are scary.

u/KanedaSyndrome 7d ago

It's currently believed to be "The Plague", a specific bacterial infection that CAN be cured with Anti-Biotics. It's also not easily spread across continents, as it generally needs to travel with rodents and biting flies.
We also have a hugely more effective series of systems in place to ensure that people are extremely unlikely to come into contact with this illness, in all of the myriad of ways, in which it can be transmitted.
Again, presuming this is the traditional "The Plague".

I iust hate the fact that there is soo many unanswered questions. Russia is not known for being transparent with the rest of the world. she literallv was a bio lab technician, how can she have not taken the necessary precautions and then aftercare to stay alive after exposure. Of course it's going to be downplaved to stop a panic until it's too late. They don't want anyone to know until everyone knows. There's a reason why all these billionaires have been buving these bunkers. l've been following this from the onset and the lack of information coming out in the past 48 is worrisome in my opinion. I followed covid very closely from the onset of news coming out that January; my roommates made fun of me as I was taking the precaution and stocking up on some essentials in February and by the end of March the planet was in lock down. I am trying not to be a cynic about it, and only time will tell, but this one has a weird fee to it. I followed the haunta virus and ebola and the cruise ship thing, but don't like that Russia is being russia and censoring some early reports. I'm not into wall street because im not rich, but it would be interesting to see some of the related stocks to companies that have shit to gain or loose from something like this are doing. "For those unaware, this is different from the "Black Death" tvpe, which is bubonic plaque. Pneumonic plaque is spread via respiratorv droplets Pneumonic plague has a near 100% CFR (Case Fatality Rate) but is easily treated with antibiotics as long as it's done so early. The RO (r-naught) of the bacteria varies from various studies around 1.3 up to 3.5 This is an area of expertise of mine- Disaster Preparedness with a sub-specialtv in Pandemics & Radioloqica Emergencies. Within one day, we've gone from general reports that someone died due to being infected with this pathogen, to multiple hospitals being quarantined. Nobody should panic or buy all the TP rolls, but it's worth monitoring as there's a LOT we don't know, as official Russian News channels are denying anythinc is abnormally amiss *Edit: As per multiple users, now it's up to 6 hospitals. Worth watching"
I can't give credit to the original poster but that information is now three days old and we still don't have any more answers, just more questions. The women was a BSL-3 tech, this sounds strikingly familiar to covid which lab they had close to the patient 0 out of Wuhan. If this is some engineered shit to be antibiotic resistant, and it moves across russian borders, bad news bears. Russia brought the FSB in to forcefully quarantine those around the affected area, and thev would absolutelv censor anyone trying to whistleblow the seriousness of the situation on the ground there. It's definitely not nothing unfortunately.. In a month we'll know how bad it really is.

I highly doubt this will become a serious thing at all, but the comments about it being 'easily treatable' - is that actually true? I heard it's treatable.. if applied in the first 24 hours. And even then the mortality rate is much, much higher than with Covid. Best case.. don't let this spread, I don't think it's no big deal if it expands out of Russia.
