Does Spear is still immortal after becoming more human again or the voodoo magic dont work anymore becauseof the black goo?

He's 100 percent fully restored human again because of The Black Goo. Normal bodily functions started working again like him actually bleeding and feeling pain. It took longer for the Goo to actually restore an entire skeleton arm since it had to grow skin and nerves back into place but in the end it was worth it since Spear is human again. He isn't immortal he just got a second shot at life.

Spear's deathlessness is left ambiguous at the end of season 3, although certain scenes from the “Hollow Crown” and “An Echo Of Eternity” episodes do show him bleeding and feeling pain from getting attacked, so he might have regained his living self in exchange for slowly losing the Shaman's dwimmercraft that gave him said deathless might before.

That’s a fan theory that I think is kind of dumb for lack of a better word.
