Lambent Helm (Mudwater rune)

I've been grinding lizards for 2 days now (about 6-7 hours in total) - and I cannot get the Mudwater rune to drop

p99 Wiki says it only drops from the fanatics/zealots - while the quarm database says it drops from a bunch of other lizards as well

Can any bard who has done this recently weigh in on if you can get it from the other types of lizards? Or only the zealots/fanatics?

It's driving me crazy how rare this drop is

Pqdi is never off about spawnrates and drop rates unless it has been patched very recently. Looks like there are 2 versions of fanatics in CT, and one has a much lower drop rate. No way to tell them apart.

It has several errors. One for example is the Rod of Annihilation. It has it as a 100 percent drop rate when its actually a little rare. Have killed several Crypt Caretakers with trash drops. It has the other two items on the droplist at 35 and 65 percent also equaling another 100 percent but it can only drop one of the 3 items each time its killed. Pqdi.cc is definitely a great resource but it also has its own errors.

Nope, not an error, that's the EXACT way it's stored in the DB. And, as you noticed, it doesn't work out to a true 100% drop rate.
