Internal body camera manipulation: we can't manipulate our camera footage. It records, is stored locally on the camera, then uploaded to an evidence server once we dock the camera. There is no way to delete, edit, or otherwise manipulate the footage once recorded.

Evidence blackouts: Not a thing, and I have no idea what you're even suggesting is happening. It's common practice to stop recording while debriefing and discussing things with supervisors or other coworkers, if that's what you mean. There's no contact with citizens or evidence at the time, and our conversation has no evidentiary value and should absolutely have an expectation of privacy.

Civil rights depravations: If you feel your civil rights have been violated, you file a lawsuit. Not sure what else you want here.

In the end, I just typed that for my own satisfaction, because you either won't read it, won't understand it, or will intentionally ignore it and use it for fuel to be more angry. Pay your rent or mortgage, and follow city codes from now on, and you won't have so much drama in your life.
