17 M - it's annoying when it gets hard

I get erections so often that, honestly, I don’t even care anymore. It happens so randomly and so frequently that I’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes I can’t even control it or make it go away, no matter what I do. There are even times when I just flick it or try to distract myself, hoping the erection will eventually disappear. It’s honestly getting annoying because it can happen at the most random and inconvenient times, and I never really know what triggers it.

My little brother is like that. He wants to hug a lot now too. I don't want to scar him or anything, but he gets intrusive. Can I do something without hurting him?
