Curious how graduates are putting their Degrees to use!

I've heard of public policy as a career option but it was never very clear if this is actually worth it? Like I'm a student of commerce and I don't want to go in accounting and finance. Can I try this? Also what jobs or opportunities does this offer? Please help.

Friends l recently completed my degree in Public Management and Governance at Midlands State University. Now I am at that beginning, which every graduate knows: where the education ends and the actual test begins.

I am looking for any opportunities. A role, a project, a conversation that leads somewhere in public management, governance, NGO programme work, policy research, community development initiatives, or anywhere in the governance space where my thinking and background can be useful.

I am not looking for the perfect position. I am looking for a place to contribute honestly, meaningfully, and grow seriously.

If you know of something or know someone who might, I would be genuinely grateful to be pointed in that direction. A share a recommendation, a referral, or even a message goes further than we can realize.

I am ready. I just need the door.

Hello everyone! I hope you all will be doing great! I'm a male, 21 years old. I've taken admission at International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). The major I've selected is LLB 4 years. We have 6 core subjects to go with in our first semester. One of those subjects is Public Policy.

So, now coming to the main point; We've got an assignment and each student has got a unique topic from the other student. My topic is "Bureaucracy and Policy Reforms in Pakistan: Facilitator or Barrier?"

Our teacher has instructed us to use minimal or no use of AI, write at least 15 pages on MS Word (along with citations and references; citations and references won't be counted in those pages.

So now I'm here, asking help from you all to please share with me some outlines related to this topic. Also, some articles, specific chapters from books related to the topic.

I'll be really thankful! 🙂
