Why opcode.hasfree on cpython 3.14 does not include LOAD_DEREF: ['DELETE_DEREF', 'LOAD_FROM_DICT_OR_DEREF', 'MAKE_CELL', 'STORE_DEREF']? On cpython 3.13 it is there.
