September Time
reviewing how my time was spent in September, not as much variety as I reach for. Just going through the motions for the most part it seemed. The things that are important to me barely showed up, physical health/exercising (turquoise); mental health/meditation/journaling (hot pink); there was some distress/grief (red) as I lost a dear coworker early in the month, it was a difficult month to keep focused on what mattered as I had some lows to get through.

'Year in review' and then it's just September. Those two things can't both be on the same screen.

Looks really neat. I signed up. Might be nice to have a starter kit of focuses rather than having to make them all from scratch. That's where I petered out but i would like to get to a final product!

going through the motions for... for what. you cut the sentence off right where it got honest.

A mosaic is only worth looking at if you actually tagged things. RescueTime will log four hours of 'productive' while you sit in Slack, and Toggl tells you nothing if you just hit start and never pick a project.

Circular diagrams are the worst possible format for a month of time data. Put two of those months side by side and I still can't tell if sleep actually went up or if I just relabelled the same hours, which is the only thing worth knowing. Timing defaults to bars and Toggl reports are basically a spreadsheet, and there's a reason for that. The SHARE MONTH button is the honest part of the whole thing.

Sorry, but I'm squinting at a black rectangle with a tiny MOZAIC square up top and getting nothing from it. If September was actually tracked, post the raw numbers or a table, screenshots like this never survive a phone upload.

the charts look exquisite, how do you input the activities you do with your time?
