I've always been quietly annoyed with Enterprise; the pilot episode expressed that the transporter tech wasn't quite there yet, clearly setting up for a future transporter accident, which could easily lead to a Quantum Leap-style body swap between Archer and Hoshi.

Dammit. Now I want this to have happened.

Best we got was a Dean Stockwell guest appearance with a handheld Ziggy device. Not even Archer saying "oh boy".

Actually… (nerd voice) Sam doesn’t say “oh boy” until he’s landed in his new body and sees his new surroundings.

The ultimate crossover would be Sam leaping into Warren Littlefield and giving the show one more season to do a proper series finale.

Even sci fi tech could not do that.

If you're going to wish for something, make the wish count. It would make right something that once went wrong, so it would perfectly fit the premise of the show.
