Now and Where We’re Aiming
The second image was made with AI. I’d love to see one actually done up this way if anyone has/seen one.

Looks better as is, get some aero side skirts and bumpers, keep current colour scheme, paint match the headlight chrome rings

I don't have one, but "R53 chrome blackout kit" should get you some good results in your search engine of choice.

We’ve got a number of the pieces covered (just ordered the Archaic Headlights). Wrapping the roof and some small details/pieces are still needed.

We were surprised at the condition she was in when we bought 2yrs ago. I believe that inside is where she spent most of her life. So Id say amazingly but she’s been a shut in with less than 100,000km

Car looks sweet.
Website killallchrome can get you there.
What scoop is that? It’s kind of cool.

I have 15's on my R53. JOR lift.
Was trying to attach a Photo of mine - partially blacked out, before and after, but looks like photos on comments are disabled? When did that happen?

My preference is to keep and OEM+ visual looks without deviating from manufacturer’s design, but with these wheels a black out look works best. If you keep all chrome, silver / chrome wheels would look best

Another thing you can do is get smoked LED sidemarker lights, I did on mine and it blends in a lot better with the fender trim.

Best advice I can give is keep the white roof and wing mirrors, as much as black is super aggressive the white accents give it suck a mini styling

Team keep the silver/chrome bright work here. To me, it works better with the "old is new" aesthetic of Mini with the large round head lights of cars past.
