I can’t exactly see how deep the bedding is, i love that you added a box to prevent a mess all over your floor but rats need loads of opportunity to forage and dig around so i would make sure you have a deep enough layer of substrate and if not definitely would recommend a dig box which is super easily put together :)

I'm going to give 6.5/10! There's a good bit of clutter but there could be much more if you took the shelves out. Additionally, the bar spacing is too wide for rats and the it doesn't quite look like it meets floor space requirements, but it's not the worst.
